In this digital-everything age, most of the jobs available today are performed with a computer. That being said, an average 21st century person’s day mostly involves long hours sitting in front of a computer. - Foot rest – Many people do not realize how important it is for the feet to be resting comfortably. Strain on the feet ultimately moves up to the muscles on the legs, lower back and overall body.
